Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Transportation should never prevent a Veteran from receiving necessary care. We provide and coordinate NEMT services to help eligible Veterans reach healthcare appointments.
Transportation may include trips to
- Primary-care appointments
- VA medical facilities
- Specialty-care appointments
- Physical therapy
- Rehabilitation services
- Behavioral-health appointments
- Pharmacy visits
- Dental appointments
- Diagnostic testing
- Other approved healthcare visits
This is a non-emergency transportation service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service.
